• About the Role
• Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS), Mirzapur invites applications for the post of Assistant Programme Officer to support the implementation of skill development and livelihood promotion programs across the district. The role involves field coordination, mobilization, monitoring, and assisting in smooth execution of training activities.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Field Mobilization & Survey
• • Conduct field surveys, meetings, and awareness activities for beneficiary mobilization
• Identify new training areas, centers, and potential trainees
• Assist in preparation of area profiles and mobilization strategies
• Support identification of trainers and training locations
• ________________________________________
• 2. Programme Implementation & Coordination
• • Assist in setting up and smooth functioning of training centers
• Mobilize and enroll beneficiaries as per assigned targets
• Support organization of training programs, inaugurations, and sessions
• Ensure availability of basic infrastructure and training materials
• Assist in conducting entrepreneurship, livelihood, and awareness sessions

• 3. Monitoring, Supervision & Reporting
• • Conduct regular field visits (minimum 4 days per week)
• Monitor training center activities and ensure quality implementation
• Collect data and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Support documentation through photos, geo-tagging, and digital tools
• Assist in maintaining records and reporting to senior ??????????

• 4. Administrative & Programme Support
• • Assist in maintaining records, registers, and documentation
• Support in organizing meetings, events, and official activities
• Help ensure timely coordination between trainers, trainees, and management
• Assist in certificate distribution and assessment processes

• 5. SHG Formation & Livelihood Promotion
• • Facilitate formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) at training centers
• Support SHG account operations, record maintenance, and activities
• Assist beneficiaries in livelihood and self-employment initiatives
• Identify successful trainees and emerging entrepreneurs

• Minimum Qualification
• • Graduate from a recognized university
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• ________________________________________
• Preferred Qualification
• • Experience in skill development, NGO, or community-based programs
• Familiarity with rural development and livelihood initiatives
• ________________________________________
• Required Skills
• • Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in field conditions
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving ability

• Additional Requirements
• • Minimum 4 days of field visits per week is mandatory
• Preference will be given to local candidates
• Willingness for extensive fieldwork and travel
