Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Manager – Impact / Welfare to lead and execute social impact initiatives. The role focuses on grassroots program implementation, community engagement, and building meaningful impact through skilling and capacity-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute impact and welfare programs aligned with organizational goals
Work closely with communities at the grassroots level to drive engagement and adoption
Design and implement skilling and livelihood programs
Lead capacity-building initiatives for beneficiaries and stakeholders
Collaborate with NGOs, foundations, and local partners for program execution
Monitor program effectiveness and measure social impact outcomes
Document success stories, case studies, and create compelling impact narratives
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience in social impact, CSR, foundations, or development sector
Strong experience in on-ground program execution
Exposure to skilling, training, or community development initiatives
Excellent storytelling and communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Willingness to travel for fieldwork
Preferred Background
Experience working with foundations, NGOs, or social enterprises
Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks
Passion for social change and community development
