We are looking for a young and enthusiastic professional responsible for the successful implementation of project activities across multiple thematic areas in Leh Ladakh Location.

Key Responsibilities:-
* Support planning and implementation of project activities in coordination with senior team members.
* Work closely with the Program Manager and Director – Rural Development.
* Supervise field activities, surveys, and assessments
* Prepare simple, clear, and timely field reports
* Assist in monthly planning and budgeting of activities
* Identify training needs and support team capacity building
* Mobilize and engage local communities for home stay development.
* Participate in workshops, training, and stakeholder meetings
*Contribute to smooth coordination across teams and partners.

Holistic Rural Management (Sustainable Development)

Qualification & Experience:-
Degree in Rural Development, Community Development, MARD, or a related field
5–6 years of experience in livelihood or rural development projects
Candidate should preferably be from Leh Ladakh or nearby areas.
