Position: Manager, NRM and Climate Change, Eastern Regional Office
Location: Gurugram, India
Reporting to: Director / Head of Programmes
Purpose of the Role:
The Manager – NRM & Climate Change will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of community-centred climate resilience and natural resource management programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage NRM and climate adaptation programmes
- Integrate climate risk, DRR, livelihoods, and gender
- Provide technical leadership to field teams
- Coordinate with government and partners
Essential Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in life sciences/core engineering
- 8–12 years of experience in NRM / climate programmes
- Strong community-based programme experience
- Donor and government engagement experience
