Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Outreach Worker to support our community-based initiatives. The Outreach Worker will play a vital role in engaging with the community, raising awareness, and connecting individuals to the services and support offered by our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to identify and engage target populations.

Provide information about the organization’s programs and available services.

Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, local stakeholders, and beneficiaries.

Support in organizing awareness programs, health camps, and community meetings.

Collect data and maintain accurate records of outreach activities.

Refer and follow up with individuals to ensure they access the necessary services.

Submit regular reports to the supervisor on outreach progress and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass (12th or graduate preferred).
Having Own Two Wheeler with valid Driving License.
Prior experience in fieldwork, community engagement, or social work is desirable.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel within the assigned area regularly.

Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.

Compensation:
