Key Responsibilities & Duties
Recording Transactions: Daily entry of purchases, sales, expenses, and receipts.
Account Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, tracking bank balances, and managing client invoicing.
Financial Reporting: Preparing trial balances, profit/loss statements, and balance sheets.
Tax/Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing and preparing monthly/yearly tax returns (e.g., GST).
Data Accuracy: Reviewing data for discrepancies and maintaining organized records.

Technical Proficiencies: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP 9, Excel).
Mathematical Skills: Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general accounting principles.
