Act as a link between the community and health services
Provide awareness, support, and follow-up for beneficiaries
Ensure services reach the target population regularly
Regularly visit hotspots/areas where HRGs are present
Identify and register beneficiaries
Maintain good relationships with the community
Ensure monthly targets (contacts, condom distribution, testing referrals)
Track coverage of assigned population
Motivate clients to visit ICTC centers for testing
Refer HIV-positive individuals to ART centers
Follow up to ensure treatment adherence
