About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate Child Counsellor to provide psychological support and behavioural guidance.
You will be responsible for the emotional well-being of our residents, ensuring a nurturing environment for their growth and recovery

• Workshops: Facilitate Life Skill Training and behavioural workshops.
• Therapy: Implement interventions such as Play and Art Therapy.
• Support: Provide family counselling and guidance to parents/guardians.
• Documentation: Maintain clinical records and submit monthly progress reports.
• Monitoring: Use behavioural assessment tools to track child development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology.
• Experience: experience working with children in a residential or clinical setting.
• Motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and crisis intervention skill.
Salary : Rs.16425/-
