Assistant General Manager, Regional Manager/Chief Manager , PS to MD

1. Salary will commensurate with experience and knowledge, as per norms of the organization.
2. There is a scope for revision in remuneration in future, at the discretion of Stree Nidhi.
3. Chief Manager posted in field are called as Regional Manager and Chief Manager may be posted in field depending on need and exigency.
4. The position wise and social category wise (duly following Roster and RoR) position of vacancies is as mentioned below

1. The service conditions of selected candidates will be governed by HR policy of Stree Nidhi and contract agreement executed by the staff. There will be a regular performance review and Stree Nidhi has discretion to terminate contract if performance is not found satisfactory
2. This is neither a Government Job nor a permanent job and candidates will be recruited only on contract basis. The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year and on successful completion of their probation, they will be considered for appointment on contract basis for 5 years as per the policy of Stree Nidhi. However, the Contract is renewable on yearly basis, subject to review of performance.
3. The candidates selected for the post of Regional Managers – Field operations must be willing to tour minimum 20 days in a month by staying at Headquarters in allotted district.
4. Those selected have to join within one month from the date of issue of offer letter.
5. All posts are based at Head Office subject to administrative exigencies.

2. Proof of Date of Birth.
3. Marks Sheet and Passing certificate of all Educational, Technical/Professional qualifications.
4. Detailed CV.
5. Experience Certificate(s).
6. Nativity certificate.
7. Photo Identity proof and Address Proof (Aadhar/Pan).
8. Relieving certificate (in case candidate was employed elsewhere).

• Applicants are required to have a valid personal email ID and mobile number for contact.
• An applicant shall ensure that he/she fulfils the prescribed eligibility norms and particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case, if it is detected at any stage that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility conditions or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her appointment will automatically stands cancelled and necessary further action will be initiated. Candidates with criminal background/disciplinary proceedings/involved in Frauds etc., are not eligible to apply.
• The applicant must be a native of Telangana state only. Nativity certificate issued by government authority must be enclosed with application.
• Mere submission of application in response to the advertisement and apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow any right to be called for Interview/Selection. 
• The candidates shall apply for any one post only either in Consultant or FTE category and if any candidate applies for more than one position, all the applications from such candidates will be rejected.

• The Managing Director, Stree Nidhi reserves the right to keep in abeyance or cancel the recruitment at any point of time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• A candidate shall not be appointed unless medically fit as certified by a medical practitioner not below the rank of Assistant Civil Surgeon and is free from any bodily defects, making him/her unsuitable for the post.
• TA/DA will not be paid on attending interview and joining duty on their first appointment to the services of the Stree Nidhi.
• Legal disputes, if any, will be entertained within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad only.
• Canvassing, influencing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
