Job Title: Trainer cum Mobilizer – Road Safety

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Rs 35,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and committed Trainer cum Mobilizer to support our road safety initiatives. This is a field-intensive role involving training delivery, stakeholder mobilization, and coordination with schools, government authorities, and partners to implement programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging road safety training sessions for students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Mobilize and onboard schools, and coordinate with government officials (BEO, DDPI, etc.) to obtain necessary permissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals and key stakeholders.
• Support and participate in employee volunteering activities with key partners.
• Learn and use the SR4S (Star Rating for Schools) tool to conduct safe school zone assessments.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Support day-to-day operations when not engaged in training sessions.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in training, mobilization, or fieldwork (preferred).
• Ability to build rapport with government officials and school authorities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and on-ground execution.
• Strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
