About the Role: Program Manager (People Management Focus)
We are looking for a mission-aligned, operations-savvy leader to manage the day-to-day functioning of our training centers in Aslali Transport Nagar, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for community impact, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of training center.
• Project Support: Participate in strategic initiatives across Synergie’s programs.
• Team Management: Lead a team of mobilizers and trainers, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Community Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Mobilization: Drive grassroots mobilization efforts through your team.
• Events & Workshops: Plan and execute awareness days, skilling events, and partner workshops.
• Stakeholder Liaisoning: Represent Synergie in meetings with corporate and government partners.
• Reporting & Documentation: Lead high-quality reporting, documentation, and presentation efforts.
What We’re Looking For
• 4-5 years of team management experience, preferably in skilling/CSR
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (both English,Hindi/Gujarati).
• A collaborative mindset, with a high sense of ownership and integrity.
• Comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders (Govt./Corporate).
