Job Title: Digital Media & Communications Executive

Location – Vikash Office located in Chandrasekharpur District Centre , Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Employment type – Full Time

Compensation – Rs.25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and capability)

Role Overview:
• Communications & Digital Executive will tell compelling stories of impact of Vikash and its associate Trusts, Execute high-quality communication materials independently, Manage all digital communication including social media handles, and Shape how the organization is perceived. The role will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, provide exposure to donor engagement and social impact storytelling, meaningful, and high-impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a communication and branding strategy aligned with the Trust’s mission
• Strengthen Donor communication and engagement through impactful storytelling
• Build a consistent and credible Brand identity across all platforms

Execution Responsibilities:
· Create branding materials including brochures, flyers, packaging, and marketing collaterals
· Develop visually appealing Annual Reports and presentation Documents
· Work closely with existing employees to conceptualise and execute campaigns
· Ensure brand consistency across other sister Charitable Trusts in all platforms
· Create basic motion graphics or short videos (if required)
· Coordinate with printers/vendors for production work as required
· Update Website, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other social media presence.
· Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Content & Storytelling:
• Document student success stories and field impact
• Develop content for donor communication and outreach campaigns
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and emotional connect in all communication

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Certificate/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:
• Adobe Photoshop / Canva (essential)
• Basic video editing tools
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design aesthetics
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Strong Social Media skills and experience

Core Competencies:
• Ability to think strategically and Execute Independently,
• Strong writing and storytelling skills,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines,
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
