Society for the Upliftment of Villagers & Development of Himalayan Areas (SUVIDHA) is a premier non for profit organization, registered under Section 21 of Societies Registration Act 1860 since 2004.
It has an experience of more than 22 years in the field of Institution Building, Demonstration of Sustainable Agriculture Practices, Organic Process Certification, Promotion of Clean Development Mechanism Technologies (CDM) for Climate Change Mitigation, Women Empowerment, Learning Level Initiatives for government schools, Mother and Child Health Care and Natural Resource Management for Holistic Community Development across 25 states in India.
Background
SUVIDHA invites applications from eligible, experienced, and technically qualified vendors for empanelment to implement various Solar Energy Interventions across PAN India under different development and infrastructure projects.
The empanelled vendors will be responsible for supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems as per project requirements.
Objective
We are pleased to invite applications for Empanelment of Vendors with SUVIDHA for various ongoing and upcoming projects across PAN India for the financial year 2026–27.
The objective of this empanelment is to:
- Create a pool of technically competent and financially sound vendors
- Ensure quality implementation of solar energy solutions
- Promote renewable energy adoption in rural and urban areas
- Facilitate timely execution of projects across multiple states

Scope of Services
We are inviting vendors for the following categories:
- Solar Energy Solutions: Solar panels, solar lights, solar pumps/motors, and related installations
- Clean Drinking Water Support: Water coolers, purification systems, and related infrastructure
- Digital Learning Infrastructure: Interactive panels, digital curriculum and related tools etc.
- IT & Software Services: Software development, website design, hosting services, and IT support
- Construction & Civil Works: Construction, renovation and infrastructure development
- Furniture Support: Supply and installation of furniture Terms & Conditions
- Organizations / Proprietor Firms / Companies should have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Organizations / Proprietor Firms / Companies must have a valid GST registration.
- A Non-Blacklisting Declaration must be submitted on Rs.50 Stamp Paper.
- Preference will be given to vendors having prior experience of working with NonGovernment Organizations (NGOs).
All applicants are required to complete the vendor registration form and upload the necessary documents as specified.
