Role Overview:
We are seeking two highly motivated Women Development Executives to drive grassroots engagement and athlete development initiatives. This role requires a dynamic professional who can function as a mentor, program coordinator, and stakeholder manager, ensuring end-to-end support for student-athletes.

Candidates with experience in program management, community outreach, and proposal development will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Identification & Development: Conduct grassroots talent scouting across schools (ages 7-22) and support long-term athlete development pathways.
* Academic Monitoring & Intervention: Track academic performance, design individualised learning support plans, and ensure educational continuity.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with school administrators, teachers, parents, and community stakeholders.
* Program Operations & Logistics: Oversee documentation, compliance, and travel coordination for national and international sporting events.
* Athlete Welfare & Safeguarding: Implement individualised development plans, provide mentorship, and conduct periodic counselling sessions.
* Health & Well-being Coordination: Facilitate access to healthcare services and promote physical and mental well-being of athletes.
* Community Outreach & Advocacy: Lead PTA interactions, workshops, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen program impact.
* Content & Fundraising Support: Develop organisational profiles, impact reports, presentations, and donor proposals to support fundraising efforts.

Candidate Profile:
* Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, Women & Child Studies, or related fields.
* Experience: 1-3+ years in the development sector, NGO program management, or community-based initiatives preferred.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Telugu (mandatory) and Hindi is desirable.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and tools like Canva. Familiarity with AI tools, data tracking, and reporting systems is an advantage.
