Post: State STEM & Technology Coordinator
Locations: Delhi NCR, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Program Lead / Senior Management
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (renewable based on performance and project continuity)
Job Purpose
The State STEM & Technology Coordinator will support and strengthen program implementation at the state level by coordinating with field teams, ensuring quality delivery, and driving Digital & STEM initiatives across intervention schools. The incumbent should be capable of handling advanced educational technologies and facilitating their effective integration through training, mentoring, and capacity building to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate should be innovative, proactive, and passionate about creating meaningful impact at the grassroots level.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor project implementation across assigned districts and locations.
• Conduct engaging sessions, quizzes, innovation challenges, and hackathons for students, youth, and teachers with a focus on AR/VR, 3D STEM Labs, and related educational technologies.
• Organize training and capacity-building programs for teachers and field teams.
• Conduct regular field visits, review meetings, monitoring, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and sharing of project progress and best practices.
• Support effective utilization of digital learning resources and technology-enabled interventions in schools.
Required Qualification & Experience
• Science Graduate with a postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Education, Technology, Sociology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in NGO, education, or technology-enabled learning programs.
• Strong communication, coordination, facilitation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English and the respective local language will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
Salary
As per organizational norms and candidate’s experience.
