About the Organization:
Shree Sevanidhi Trust is implementing the “Kshamta Kendra” Project under NACP-V, supported by SAATHII as Global Fund (GFATM) Principal Recipient (PR). The project aims to strengthen the capacity of organizations working in the field of HIV/AIDS through structured training and capacity-building initiatives across Gujarat.

Position Title: Training Officer

Location:
Initial appointment location will be Ahmedabad, Gujarat. However, the candidate may be required to work from other locations/project offices of Shree Sevanidhi Trust as per project requirements.

Project Brief:
Shree Sevanidhi Trust has received the “Kshamta Kendra” Project from SAATHII under the Global Fund (GFATM) program framework. Under NACP-V, this project focuses on organizing training and capacity-building programs for employees and representatives of NGOs/CBOs working in the field of HIV/AIDS across Gujarat. The project aims to strengthen organizational and programmatic capacities through effective training coordination and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The major roles and responsibilities of the Training Officer include:
• Organizing training programs in consultation with SACS
• Coordinating training dates, venues, and Resource Persons (RPs)
• Communication and liaison with SACS for smooth implementation of trainings
• Coordination and communication with Master Trainers
• Communication and follow-up with NGOs/CBOs
• Communication and follow-up with trainees and participants
• Managing training arrangements and logistics
• Preparation and maintenance of office documents, reports, and training records
• Supporting overall project coordination activities

Qualification & Experience:
• MSW
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the development sector
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting/coordinating trainings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation work
• Experience in NGO sector or public health programs will be preferred
Skills Required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel within Gujarat as per project needs
