Ekta is inviting applications for the position of Technical Officer – MHPSS under the INCLUDE Project. The project focuses on strengthening Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) interventions for persons with disabilities, caregivers, and vulnerable communities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for planning and implementation of MHPSS interventions
  • Conduct trainings, needs assessments, monitoring, and reporting
  • Coordinate with health systems, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Support proposal development and donor communication
  • Promote community awareness on mental health and disability inclusion
Educational Qualification:
  • M.A in Psychology / M.Sc in Psychology
  • Clinical Psychologist with Government Recognition will be preferred
  • Certification/training in MHPSS or counselling will be an added advantage
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MHPSS, mental health, disability inclusion, or community-based interventions
Skills Required:
  • Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and facilitation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in Odia, English, and Hindi
Travel Requirement:
  • Willingness to travel across project locations
