SHIVI Development Society (SDS)is looking for a women professional working in the development sector with a special interest in women human rights. The person should have a Post graduate degree in Social work/Sociology/Development Studies with minimum 2-3 years of work experience. The person should have good understanding of development issues and spoken and written Hindi and English languages.

Major responsibilities:
- Mobilizing and Strengthening Network of Women Human Rights organization in the state of Chhattisgarh.
- Facilitation of capacity building sessions at district and state level
- Data collection and documentation
- Policy advocacy with govt. departments and other stakeholders
- Effective Teamwork.
- Assisting Program Coordinator in implementing planned program activities and active association of district fellows and volunteers

Remuneration: Negotiable depending on the experience, comparable in NGO sector
