Consultant – Fundraising (CSR Partnerships)

Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) is seeking an experienced Consultant – Fundraising to lead CSR and institutional fundraising efforts, strengthen donor partnerships, and support the organization’s growth initiatives.

The consultant will play a key role in evaluating and strengthening fundraising strategy, driving CSR partnerships and funding closures, building donor pipelines, and guiding a lean fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage relationships with CSR leaders, corporates, and foundations
• Drive end-to-end fundraising cycle including outreach, proposals, negotiations, and closures
• Strengthen engagement with existing donors and partners
• Develop fundraising plans, donor matrices, and pipeline tracking systems
• Lead proposal development and donor communication
• Build and mentor a small fundraising team

Desired Profile
• Graduate/Postgraduate with strong exposure to CSR fundraising
• 20+ years of experience in CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships
• Proven track record in securing CSR funding and managing donor relationships
• Existing corporate/CSR connects will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in entrepreneurship and social sector development
