Livelihoods needs assessment of communities , Capacity Building training, Market linkages of products produced by SHG members, producer groups farmers for agriculture, handloom, fiery and other agro and horticulture commodities. Experience in FPO formation, entrepreneurship development and convergence model for livelihoods are required.

Candidate should have experience of minimum 5 years in livelihoods, project implementation, monitoring & evaluation and report writing.

Key Experience Skills required :

Post-graduate in Social Sciences/Social Work/Rural management 5-10 years in community mobilization, livelihood programs; and local language skills is essential.

Candidates should also have computer skill like word/Excel/PPT and other programs.
