Job Title- Sign Language Trainer

Desired Candidate Profile:
* Education: Degree or Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized).
* Skills: Proficiency in Sign Language is mandatory.
* Experience: 0-3 years of experience preferred, but Passionate Freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Attributes: Strong patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
* Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.

Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
* Conduct classes using Indian Sign Language (ISL) to ensure effective communication and learning.
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to overcome learning barriers.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support the holistic development of the child.
* Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
