About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as District Coordination Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for them who are passionate about rural development, farmer empowerment, and field coordination.
The selected candidate will work closely with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) promoted under NABARD-supported initiatives and gain valuable exposure in project coordination, stakeholder management, training, and rural entrepreneurship development.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide field-level support and handholding assistance to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) supported by SVA under NABARD projects in Baleswar, Bhadrak, and Ganjam districts.
* Coordinate with FPO Board Members, CEOs, and farmers for smooth implementation of activities.
* Maintain project MIS records, data, and documentation.
* Organize meetings, workshops, and capacity-building training programs.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
* Liaise with NABARD officials, government departments, and local stakeholders.
* Travel to project locations as required for monitoring and coordination activities.

Eligibility Criteria
? Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
? Freshers are encouraged to apply
? Must be able to communicate effectively in Odiya
? Should be willing to travel frequently within project districts
? Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting/documentation preferred
? Male candidates preferred for field travel requirements
