Job Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Cafe Manager / Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations across multiple cafe locations. You will act as the vital bridge between corporate leadership and individual cafe managers. Your main objective is to standardize operational workflows, synchronize multi-unit logistics, and ensure uncompromised consistency in service and product quality across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Unit Coordination & Support
Convene weekly sync meetings with cafe managers to align on cross-functional business goals.
Standardize operational standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all active brick-and-mortar locations.
Mediate inter-cafe disputes, inventory imbalances, or sudden staffing shortages efficiently.
Disseminate corporate policy updates, marketing initiatives, and menu changes uniformly.
Operations & Quality Control
Conduct unannounced multi-point audits for food safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance.
Optimize daily opening, closing, and cash-handling workflows across all storefronts.
Troubleshoot critical equipment failures by coordinating immediate third-party maintenance.
Refine guest service protocols to maintain uniformly high customer satisfaction ratings.
Financial & Performance Management
Analyze weekly profit and loss (P&L) statements for each location to identify cost anomalies.
Manage aggregate labor budgets by optimizing master scheduling across units.
Review local inventory, supply orders, and waste logs to maximize overall profitability.
Report regional sales metrics and operational bottlenecks directly to corporate executives.
Position Requirements

Education Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related operational field.
Experience 4+ years in cafe operations, with 2+ years supervising multiple locations or managing teams.
Technical Skills Mastery of multi-store POS software like Square for Restaurants and scheduling tools.
Core Competencies Multi-unit leadership, conflict resolution, logistical planning, and financial acumen.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Cross-Store Consistency: Audit score uniformity across all assigned cafe locations.
Labor Efficiency: Achievement of target labor-to-sales percentages across units.
Manager Retention: Turnover rate reduction among individual cafe managers.
Regional Profitability: Percentage growth in net margin across the assigned cafes
