About the Role:
BIHAR GRAMINVIKASH PARISHAD is seeking a dedicated and experienced female Programme Manager to lead our initiatives in rural health and sanitation. The primary focus of this role is the implementation and oversight of Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) activities within Government Girls' Schools across rural Bihar.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor health and sanitation projects in targeted rural blocks and government schools.

MHM Advocacy: Lead awareness sessions and workshops on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) for adolescent girls in Government Girls' Schools.

Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with school administrations, local government health departments, and community leaders to ensure smooth program delivery.

Field Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to assess the impact of sanitation activities and ensure the functionality of health facilities provided.

Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports, case studies, and documentation for internal review and donor requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Public Health, Sociology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the development sector, specifically in rural health, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), or gender-based programming.

Language: Fluency in Hindi and local dialects is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.

Commitment: Strong passion for rural development and women's health.
