Role Overview:

The Executive 1 (Facilitator) serves as the primary point of contact at the Social Security Counter, responsible for participant intake, verification of existing government scheme linkages, smooth flow management, and ensuring a high standard of participant experience, including hospitality and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

? Participant Intake & Validation: Welcome participants, explain the process, and verify AHC/Abhay ID through the portal.
? Scheme Verification: Check enrollment status in government schemes (e-Shram, PM-JAY, APY, PMJJBY) and validate UAN availability.
? Data Retrieval & Entry: Retrieve missing UAN details via UMANG/MeriPehchan and update all records across the portal, forms, and handbook.
? Flow & Hospitality Management: Coordinate refreshments and manage participant flow efficiently during waiting periods.
? Coordination & Handover: Brief Executive-2 (CSC SPOC) for new registrations and ensure timely participant transition.
? Exit Guidance: Educate participants on the Abhay Saarthi ecosystem and direct them to the final exit point.
