Role Overview:

The Master Trainer (Execution Specialist) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the Workshop Counter at Abhay Health Camps. This role focuses on converting complex health and safety information into an engaging, easy-to-understand, and "fun learning" experience for drivers while ensuring complete digital and physical compliance across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

? Facilitation & Engagement: Welcome participants, verify details, and conduct interactive, easy-to-understand workshops for small groups.
? Gamified Training Delivery: Deliver content in an engaging, gamified format with quick recaps for better retention.
? Outcome Achievement: Ensure awareness of road safety, social security enrollment, health education (eye & general), and professional ethics.
? Digital Compliance: Achieve 100% onboarding on the Saarthi Saathi App and ensure real-time updates on the Abhay Portal.
? Documentation: Maintain accurate records with participant and trainer signatures.
? Coordination & Support: Resolve queries and guide participants to next steps within the Abhay ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Graduate in Healthcare / Related Field
? Prior experience in training, facilitation, or health camps preferred
? Experience in community engagement or driver training programs is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

? Adaptability: Ability to modify training style based on group dynamics
? Communication Skills: Strong command of local languages with the ability to simplify technical concepts
? Facilitation Skills: Confident in managing small groups and maintaining engagement
? Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making to handle participant queries and technical challenges
? Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using mobile apps and data entry systems
