Role Overview:

The Executive 4 (Consulting Physician) provides the final clinical evaluation by reviewing participant data, conducting examinations, offering medical advice, and ensuring appropriate referrals for continued care.

Key Responsibilities:

? Review participant data and validate records on the Abhay Portal
? Re-verify abnormal BP readings and correct discrepancies
? Conduct general physical examination (chest, abdomen, basic systems)
? Provide consultation, medical advice, and prescriptions
? Recommend referrals and telemedicine services when required
? Complete final sign-off on digital and physical records

Qualifications & Experience:

? MBBS with valid registration (MCI/State Medical Council)
? 1-3 years of clinical experience; camp/community exposure preferred
? Familiarity with digital health portals and telemedicine platforms

Preferred Skills:

? Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
? Clear and patient-friendly communication
? Effective decision-making and judgment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

? Accuracy of diagnosis and prescription records
? Compliance with BP re-verification protocols
? Appropriate use of referral and telemedicine services
? Timely and complete final documentation/sign-off
