Ray Welfare Trust is a 27-year-old non-governmental organization working across multiple sectors including child nutrition, women empowerment, skill development, education, health, disaster management, climate change, water conservation, and livelihood promotion. The organization was honored by the President of India in 2009 for its social impact initiatives.

Currently, Ray Welfare Trust operates large-scale nutrition and community development programs across Delhi and other regions, serving thousands of beneficiaries through centralized kitchens, education initiatives, and social welfare projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage tender-related activities on GeM and other government/private procurement platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating submissions, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, and other digital procurement platforms
- Prepare, fill, and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and financial documentation
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria and submission guidelines
- Track tender results, clarifications, and correspondence with authorities
- Handle vendor registrations and profile updates on procurement portals
- Prepare reports related to tender activities and submissions

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tender filing and procurement processes preferred
- Knowledge of GeM portal and government tender procedures
- Good understanding of documentation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online portals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with NGOs or social sector organizations
- Knowledge of CSR and government project documentation will be an added advantage

Compensation

Salary: Rs. 12,000 - 15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
