Position
Project Coordinator - Water Project

Work Area
Gariaband District - Rural and tribal areas related to drinking water supply, water management, and community coordination.

Monthly Salary
30,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate, implement, and monitor the Water Project
* Supervise drinking water-related works in rural areas
* Coordinate with technical teams, village communities, and Panchayats
* Monitor water structures, pipeline works, and field activities
* Prepare project plans, progress reports, and documentation
* Ensure timely and quality implementation of project activities
* Liaise with government departments and partner organizations

Required Qualification & Experience
* Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Water Resource Engineering / Rural Engineering / Environmental Engineering will be preferred
OR
* Graduation or Post-Graduation in Social Work / Rural Development / Development Studies / Agriculture or related fields, along with practical experience in Water Projects

Required Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Water Supply, Drinking Water, Pipeline-Based Projects, Rural Infrastructure, or Community Development Projects
* Understanding of pipeline-based drinking water systems and field supervision experience
* Ability to work with communities and Panchayat-level institutions
* Team management and field coordination skills
* Hindi report writing and computer knowledge are essential
* Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of local language and regional experience

Desirable
Candidates having both technical (Engineering) understanding and Project Coordination skills will be given special preference.
