Title: Senior Coordinator – MIS

Breakthrough is looking for “Senior Coordinator – MIS” for its Programme center who would be responsible for managing and tracking district-level MIS data to ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of program activities. The role involves collecting, collating, and presenting progress reports, maintaining implementation data repositories, and ensuring planned activities and PIP timelines stay on track. The candidate will coordinate with district and state teams for donor reporting, feedback dissemination, and inter-centre collaboration while supporting field monitoring and data validation for effective program execution.
The specific job responsibilities are mentioned below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective MIS reporting of district level inputs and outputs for benefit of the Program implementation;
- Ensure all planned activities at the districts level are accurately entered in and tracked;
- Make sure that the PIP is on track;
- Monthly collection, collation and presentation of progress reports from all Gram
- Panchayats for the program activities planned;
- Support Community Developers and District Lead for smooth execution of program activities. Dissemination and tracking of program review and feedback;
- Create and maintain an effective repository of implementation data, ensuring it is updated every month;
- Efficient inter-centre coordination for delivering planned outputs;
- Ensure recommendations given by other centre teams and within the team are converted into action plan for next quarter;
- Work on donor reporting and coordinating with the District Lead, State Documentation and MIS Lead as well as the State Lead for the same;
- Ensure regular field visits for program monitoring and data validation.
Specific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required:
- Graduate in Computer Applications / Database Management / Business Management or any other relevant field with at least 3 to 5 years of similar work experience;
- Experience of handling data sets.
- Knowledge and experience of using MS-Excel (Advanced), MS word and/or other similar application;
- Experience in report collation.
