About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated young professionals with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills to support liaison, research, and business development activities. The role involves researching government schemes, policy initiatives, and funding opportunities; preparing high-quality presentations and concept notes; and assisting in stakeholder engagement for developing new business opportunities and partnerships.
The ideal candidate should possess strong language skills, confidence in presentations, and the ability to work independently on research and coordination assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze Government schemes, policies, tenders, CSR initiatives, and development sector opportunities.
• Prepare professional presentations, concept notes, proposals, briefing documents, and reports.
• Support liaison and coordination with Government departments, PSUs, corporate organizations, institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market and policy research related to skill development, livelihood, handicrafts, handloom, MSME, CSR, and social sector initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, consultations, and stakeholder discussions.
• Deliver presentations and represent the organization in professional interactions when required.
• Maintain records, databases, and follow-up communications related to projects and partnerships.
• Assist senior management in proposal development and project planning activities.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand Government processes, schemes, and institutional frameworks.
• Professional attitude with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Public Policy, Social Work, Mass Communication, Economics, Political Science, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Candidates with knowledge or interest in Government projects, CSR, skill development, or development sector initiatives will be preferred.
