Youthreach is seeking a female Project Coordinator for its Corporate Programme in Gujarat. This is a field-based role located in Chanasma (Patan District), involving the implementation and management of community development initiatives across education, livelihood, health, and skill development sectors.
The selected candidate will report to the Senior Coordinator (Gujarat) and the Manager at the Head Office in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitor and manage education, livelihood, health, and skill development programmes in villages around Chanasma.
*Supervise and support field staff and teachers implementing project activities.
*Maintain programme documentation, including case studies, and prepare regular progress reports.
*Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective implementation and smooth execution of activities.
*Coordinate and liaise with government officials, local stakeholders, and partner organizations.
*Support CSR programme activities and community engagement initiatives.
*Ensure quality control and timely delivery of project outcomes.
