Job Summary
Antyodoy Anath Ashram is seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Officer to manage finance, compliance, and donor reporting functions. The role requires strong expertise in NGO financial systems, statutory compliance, and budget monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
* Budget control and monitoring across projects and departments
* Preparation and review of donor financial reports as per guidelines
* Ensure donor compliance and adherence to financial policies and procedures
* Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
* Ensure statutory compliance including Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, GST, etc.
* Support preparation of annual organizational and project budgets
* Monitor fund utilization and conduct variance analysis
* Maintain financial documentation and MIS reporting systems
* Liaise with programme teams for financial planning and tracking
* Strengthen internal financial systems and controls
* Perform any other finance/compliance-related responsibilities as assigned

Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
* 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably in NGO/Development Sector)
* Strong knowledge of donor compliance and statutory regulations
* Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
* Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
