Delhi Council for Child Welfare (DCCW) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to child welfare and community development since 1952. For over 70 years, DCCW has worked towards its mission of "giving underprivileged children a childhood and a future" by daily supporting 3000+ abandoned and underprivileged children across Delhi through a range of programs and services.
Through its network of 14 centres, DCCW currently runs initiatives including Palna Weekids (pre-school education), the Supervised Homework Scheme, Vocational Training, Educational Sponsorship and Bal Chetna (a day-care program for children with special needs).
We are seeking an experienced and committed individual to lead and manage our program centres in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, enjoy working closely with underprivileged children and communities at the grassroots level, and possess the ability to design and implement impactful programs aligned with DCCW's mission. Strong leadership, team management, communication (both in Hindi and English) and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the staff at assigned centres
* Work in close coordination with the Director in the planning, administration, organization, and implementation of programs.
* Undertake regular visits to program centres and engage actively with communities at the grassroots level
* Monitor program implementation and submit periodic reports to the Director in line with established systems
* Oversee personnel management and staff welfare at assigned centres alongwith Head of HR
* Assist in fundraising efforts, including proposal writing and engagement with donors, both current and prospective.
* Coordinate and liaise with local NGOs and other stakeholders
* Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly financial reviews for assigned centres
* Comply with all required government rules and regulations

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 7 years in a supervisory or managerial role
* Demonstrated experience working with communities at the grassroots level
* Proven ability to independently manage projects and teams
* Willingness to travel regularly to centres, some located in resettlement colonies across Delhi
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and manage diverse teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Sound understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English
* Minimum age: 40 years
* Educational qualification: MSW or equivalent

Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and aligned with NGO sector benchmarks in India.
