Location: Bangalore | Experience: 5–8 Years

Diya Ghar is looking for a dynamic leader to bridge the gap between strategy and impact. As a Cluster Coordinator, you will be the operational and academic backbone for 12 Montessori Centres, ensuring every child from underserved migrant communities receives the best start in life.

THE ROLE
You will orchestrate excellence by managing a high-performing team and coordinating across specialized departments.
Lead & Mentor: Directly manage 2 In-charges and oversee teacher growth across 12 locations.
Academic Excellence: Conduct audits to ensure gold-standard Montessori environments and coordinate with the Training team for teacher upskilling.
Operational Sync: Partner with the Operations team to manage facilities, nutrition, and healthcare delivery.
Data-Driven Impact: Use M&E data to identify trends, resolve outliers, and report on the overall "health" of your cluster.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• The Orchestrator: Someone who thrives in a matrix environment, coordinating between Ops, Training, and M&E teams.
• The Problem Solver: A leader who resolves community and facility challenges with grit and empathy.
• The Expert: 5–8 years in ECE (Preschool Centre Head or Zonal Lead experience preferred).
