Objective
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling student and visitor coordination, maintaining centre records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities at the skill development centre. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills to support centre operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Administration
• Manage day-to-day front office activities at the training centre
• Welcome and assist students, visitors, trainers, and stakeholders professionally
• Maintain attendance records of students, trainers, and staff
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communication
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of student and centre records
• Maintain centre registers, reports, and MIS data as per project requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Student Coordination
• Guide students regarding training schedules, assessments, and centre policies
• Support counselling and student on boarding activities
• Address student queries and escalate issues when required
• Ensure discipline and smooth coordination at the centre
Operations Support
• Assist State Head /Project Manager in operational activities
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, PTMs, and events
• Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and assets
• Monitor housekeeping, reception area, and general office management
• Support audit and compliance-related documentation
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy
• Update MIS and portal entries regularly
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and administrative abilities
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Professional and presentable personality.
