Role Overview
As a Psychology Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping aspirants through a structured, analytical and exam-oriented approach. Your role will go beyond classroom teaching to include mentorship, academic planning and performance tracking of students.
Key Responsibilities (Detailed)
* Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures covering the complete Psychology Optional syllabus for UPSC/OPSC
* Teach Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Personality, Psychological Thinkers, Research Methods and Applied Psychology
* Prepare structured lesson plans, topic-wise modules and academic schedules
* Conduct answer-writing practice sessions, evaluations and personalized feedback
* Organize doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring support
* Develop high-quality study materials, notes, handouts, diagrams and test series content
* Integrate contemporary psychological issues and case studies into classroom discussions
* Conduct regular tests, quizzes and performance assessments
* Analyze previous year questions and evolving examination trends to improve teaching methodology
* Guide students in developing analytical thinking and application-based understanding
* Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content development
Eligibility & Qualification
* Master's Degree in Psychology
* Candidates who have appeared in UPSC/OPSC Psychology Optional will be preferred
* Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Psychology for competitive examinations
