About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and committed Female Field Supervisor to support the implementation of Sukarya’s Gender Equality Program focused on adolescent girls and community engagement. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and field mobilization skills.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work or Social Sciences
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience in the development/NGO sector
• Experience in working with adolescent groups and community outreach
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Skills in social mobilization, coordination, and community engagement
• Empathetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Proficiency in computer skills and basic digital tools (MS Office, documentation, reporting)

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor field activities and training sessions
• Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, and community stakeholders
• Support sessions on adolescent health, menstrual hygiene, and gender rights
• Mobilize girls, maintain field records, and report progress
