* Provide OPD consultation and basic medical treatment to patients through Mobile Medical Van Clinics.
* Diagnose common illnesses and provide appropriate prescriptions and treatment plans.
* Conduct preventive healthcare activities including health screenings and awareness sessions.
* Identify high-risk and critical patients and facilitate referrals to higher medical centers when required.
* Support implementation of health camps in rural and remote villages.
* Maintain patient records, treatment registers, and medical documentation accurately.
* Monitor cases related to communicable diseases, maternal health, child health, and chronic illnesses.
* Provide healthcare awareness on hygiene, sanitation, nutrition, immunization, and preventive care.
* Coordinate with ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, village panchayats, and local healthcare stakeholders.
* Ensure proper utilization and management of medicines and medical supplies in the mobile unit.
* Participate in project review meetings and submit regular reports to the Project Coordinator.
* Support community mobilization and encourage positive health-seeking behavior among beneficiaries.
* Ensure ethical medical practices and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
* Travel to remote villages and difficult terrains as per project requirements.
