• Dispense medicines accurately as prescribed by the doctor.
• Maintain medicine stock registers, inventory records, and pharmacy documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per pharmaceutical standards.
• Monitor expiry dates and maintain adequate stock levels of medicines and consumables.
• Support the healthcare team during mobile medical camps and outreach activities.
• Provide basic guidance to patients regarding dosage, precautions, and medicine usage.
• Maintain records of medicines distributed during camps and consultations.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment of medicines and medical supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of pharmacy and medicine storage areas in the mobile unit.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports related to medicine utilization and stock status.
• Support awareness activities related to safe medicine usage and preventive healthcare.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff and local stakeholders during field implementation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical protocols.
• Travel to remote villages and difficult terrains as per project requirements.
