Job description:

Roles and responsibilities - As a Community Outreach Worker of the Dhara Project at Vadgaon Sheri , you will be responsible for all grass-root level activities related to women at Dhara Vadgaon Sheri Project. You will oversee the fieldwork and any other duties as determined by project managers.

- Assist the Assistant Manager in implementing project goals.
- Help create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for mobilization.
- Coordinate logistics for the timely procurement and delivery of supplies.
- Keep in touch with beneficiaries, partners, vendors and volunteers to meet the mobilization target.
- Conduct Mobilization to engage and educate community members on available Vocational programs and Purnkuti services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, schools and other community stakeholders for mobilization. Address community needs and concerns from beneficiaries and stakeholders to conduct vocational training in the community.
- Organize and participate in community mobilization, events, stalls and awareness campaigns
- Collect and maintain accurate data and records. Prepare progress reports, including challenges and lessons learned.
- Support program monitoring and evaluation to complete the project target in the mobilization.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training. Collect and maintain accurate offline, online data, records, vendor visits and quotations.
- Collaborate with monitoring officers for data integrity and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience :

* 2+ years in livelihood development projects (agri/non-agri vocational training, enterprise/FPO, SHG development).
* Educational Degree - BSW
* Worked in NGO or Social Sector.
* Two-wheeler required.
