1. Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day project accounting operations
2. Managing Fixed Assets Data under the project
3. Prepare donor-wise financial reports and support donor audits
4. Budget vs Actual analysis and variance reporting
5. Funds reconciliation and inter-unit coordination
6. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Debtors, Creditors, Loans & Advances to Staff
7. Ensure statutory compliance including:
* Income Tax (12A, 80G, TDS) payment processing and financial reporting
* FCRA compliance in payment processing and financial reporting
* Payroll processing - reconciling Salary payable, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Superannuation,
etc.
* Coordinate with Donor Team and internal stakeholders
8. Visiting project site if necessary
