Program Officer - Network and Relationship Management

About the Role : The Program Officer will be responsible for strengthening and managing the association's network of entrepreneurs, mentors, industry experts, institutions, investors, and youth members across Uttarakhand and other regions. The role focuses on building collaborations, supporting entrepreneurship development programs, and ensuring effective communication and engagement within the network.

Key Responsibilities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with startups, government, NGOs, and academia; expand youth membership in Uttarakhand.
Program Coordination: Plan and execute entrepreneurship workshops, incubation programs, webinars, and networking events.
Community & Communication: Manage member databases, facilitate peer learning, and handle digital outreach (newsletters, social media).
Monitoring & Reporting: Track program metrics, document success stories, and prepare monthly impact reports.
Partnerships : Identify strategic collaborations and support for organizations. .

Required Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree related fields. 1-3 years of experience in this type of program management, stakeholder engagement, entrepreneurship development, or network coordination.

Preference for candidates belonging to Uttarakhand.
