Role and Responsibility of Coordinator -Kalyanpuri

Supervisory and Operational
* Overseeing the functioning & the management of Centre in Kalyanpuri.
* Timely communication with Program Manager for children's education, updating about their growth and challenges through reports and working together in coordination with other staff of Jamghat.
* Monitoring and supervising the educator, Art teacher, Sports teacher, Volunteers and Interns. Taking weekly reports from educator, art teacher, sports teacher, volunteers and interns and providing feedback to educator, volunteers and interns keeping in mind the requirements of each child.
* Any other assignment as deemed important by the Program Manager or the Director/CEO.
* Participating in important activities, workshops, research and events of the organization.

Documentation
* Maintaining of survey and other Data on excel.
* Documenting major issues/important meetings.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly report.
* Documentation of all activities and events of the centre regularly.
* Documentation of the sessions/workshops conducted in the centre.
* Updating of monthly budget utilisation of the centre
* Update records of the visitors/donors/ volunteers/interns or staff coming to the centre.
* Maintain and update all records and registers and follow all procedures, as required by the any amendments thereof.
* Maintain and update profiles of all children in the specified format of Jamghat.
* Prepare and maintain other records as specified time to time by the Jamghat/Program Manager.

Children and Community related work
* Helping children in education-teaching, guiding and motivating as required; meeting school teachers, senior/junior educator etc. at regular intervals for follow up.
* Regular interaction and group & individual meetings with children and addressing their concerns.
* Motivating the children to follow the daily routine, study well and participate in all workshops, sessions and trainings meant for their overall growth.
* Organizing timely sessions, fun learning activities and workshops for children who help them in their growth and development.
* Take the children to the doctor whenever they need it for a health check-up in absence/non-availability of the coordinator

Financially Responsibilities
* Ensuring that the finances provided to you, Educator, Community mobiliser for running the centre are used properly & for the purpose as told you by the Director/ Senior Staff.
* Ensuring that there is no misuse/ inappropriate use of the fund.
* Maintaining proper records of the cash received & the expenses incurred by you/ caretaker and submit the records for every month to the account after getting approved by Director/Senior staff.

Benefits:
Salary: 25000/Month
Working Days -Monday to Saturday
