* Ensuring the timely submission of reports to be submitted to the funders
* Designing and implementing advocacy programs, sensitization programs, etc.
* Organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, public events / programs.
* Preparing project reports / event reports and Proposal.
* Correspondences pertaining to placement of interns and monitoring their assignments.
* Alliance building / Networking with Women's and LGBTIQ organizations within the country
and beyond and Building referral networking.
* Helping / facilitating students, interns visiting / working at Chetana Resource Centre.
* Acquiring in-depth knowledge about existing projects.
* Fund management.
* Coordinating and taking the full responsibility of the National Conference and the Film
festival and ensuring its smooth execution.
* Maintaining necessary Files.
