1. Position: Project Officer: 1
Salary- 35K - 41K
* Key Responsibilities-
* Project Leadership & Coordination: Act as the central point of contact and leader for the project across 6 districts. Manage overall planning, district-level scheduling, and end-to-end implementation tracking.
* Team Guidance: Provide supportive supervision and strategic direction to all field and project staff, specifically overseeing the organization and execution of the Mass Borrowers Sensitization Program.
* Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Design, implement, and supervise robust monitoring tools to ensure all field activities align with core project objectives and strict quality standards.
* Reporting & Impact Documentation: Oversee the compilation of field assessment reports, evaluate project milestones, and document long-term socio-economic impacts on farm and non-farm sector women entrepreneurs.
* Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure seamless communication between district teams, the Kolkata Head Office, and microfinance institution partners.
* Required Qualifications & Experience-
* Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Rural Management, Economics, or a closely related field.
* Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in managing development projects, preferably focusing on microfinance, women's entrepreneurship, livelihoods (farm/non-farm), or financial literacy.
* Skills:
o Proven team management and field leadership capabilities.
o Strong proficiency in designing monitoring tools and writing analytical project reports.
o Fluency in Bengali and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
o Comfortable with periodic travel to rural districts of West Bengal.

2. Project Coordinator: 1
Salary- 28K to 32K
* Key Responsibilities-
* Field Supervision & Guidance: Provide handholding support, strategic guidance, and mentoring to EDP Promoter-cum-District Coordinators in all operational aspects.
* Community Mobilization: Lead and organize participant mobilization drives by actively collaborating with Microfinance Institution (MFI) field staff and Self-Help Group (SHG) leaders.
* Operations & Logistics Management: Oversee session logistics, track facilitator attendance, ensure program schedules are met, and manage timely data collection and reporting from field teams.
* On-Ground Problem Solving: Address real-time field challenges, resolve community-level bottlenecks, and regularly relay qualitative feedback to the Project Officer and Project Head.
* Sensitization Programs: Actively facilitate and oversee the Mass Borrowers Sensitization programs across the project locations.
* Monitoring & Travel: Undertake extensive rotational field travel across the 6 project districts to ensure strict adherence to project quality and timelines.

* Required Qualifications & Experience-
* Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Sociology, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in field coordination, rural livelihood programs, women entrepreneurship projects, or financial literacy initiatives.
* Skills:
o Strong team coordination and leadership skills.
o Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with rural communities, MFI staff, and SHG networks.
o Fluency in Bengali (spoken and written) and a good command of English/Hindi.
o Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for report generation.

3. MIS cum Research Officer: 1
Salary- 28K to 32K
Key Responsibilities-
a) MIS & Database Management
* System Administration: Manage and optimize the project's digital Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (MER) system via the integrated web portal and MIS platform.
* Real-Time Tracking: Maintain and dynamically update the beneficiary database, training records, attendance logs, field activity reports, and district-wise progress data.
* Quality Control: Conduct rigorous data verification and documentation to ensure maximum accuracy, transparency, and consistency across all reporting systems.
b) Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
* Assessments & Analytics: Coordinate baseline and end-line assessments, oversee beneficiary profiling, and compile data for robust impact analysis.
* Reporting: Design and develop comprehensive monthly MIS reports, interactive dashboards, progress summaries, and analytical briefs for AMFI-WB management and the ICICI Foundation review team.
* Field Facilitation: Keep structured records of the Mass Borrowers Sensitization program and actively facilitate its implementation in the field.
c) Research & Documentation
* Impact Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret field data regarding borrower sensitization, entrepreneurship training, credit linkage, market access, and enterprise development outcomes.
* Insight Generation: Conduct field research on evolving livelihood trends, local enterprise opportunities, and beneficiary challenges.
* Storytelling: Document qualitative field insights and transform them into compelling success stories and case studies.
Qualifications and Experience-
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Data Management, Development Studies, Social Work (MSW), or a related field.
* Experience: 3-4 years of experience managing MIS, data analytics, or monitoring & evaluation (M&E) systems, preferably within the NGO, Microfinance, or Rural Development sectors.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data formatting) and experience working with web-based MIS portals or dashboards.
* Language & Communication: Strong analytical writing skills in English for drafting reports, and proficiency in Bengali for field coordination and data collection.

4. EDP Promoter cum District Coordinator: 6 (One per district)
Salary- 20K to 25K
Locations: North 24 Pargananas, Nadia, Birbhum, Howrah, Hooghly and Bankura (West Bengal)
Key Responsibilities-
* Capacity Building & Sensitization: Organize, coordinate, and facilitate Mass Borrowers Sensitization Programs to identify and motivate potential women entrepreneurs.
* Field Mentorship: Maintain regular interaction with borrowers and burgeoning entrepreneurs, providing ongoing entrepreneurship development support and Business Development Services (BDS).
* Capacity Enhancement: Undergo Training of Trainers (ToT) to equip yourself with advanced knowledge of Enterprise Development and transfer these skills effectively to the field.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Network and hold regular meetings with local government officials, bank/MFI representatives, and relevant project stakeholders to ensure smooth project alignment.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain all project-related registers, data logs, and tracking sheets. Prepare timely progress reports under the guidance of the Project Coordinator and Project Officer.
* Operational Teamwork: Work under the direct supervision of the Project Officer and Project Coordinator, and collaborate closely with the Livelihood Coordinator.
* Adaptive Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities deemed necessary by the CEO of AMFI-WB to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Competencies-
* Education: Graduate in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in livelihoods promotion, microfinance, self-help group (SHG/JLG) management, or organizing Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDP) is highly desirable.
* Skills:
o Strong communication and facilitation skills in Bengali (regional language proficiency is mandatory for field interaction).
o Basic documentation and report-writing skills.
o Ability to mobilize community members and manage relationships with local authorities.

# Travel Willingness: For all Employee or staff its must possess a strong willingness to travel extensively within the designated field locations (Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is highly preferred).
