Education and experience:
- MBBS with medical practice licence.
- Experience working as a medical doctor, mobile medical team leader or other relevant field
Other skills and abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Odiya, Koraputiya and English).
- Good leadership abilities.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and operate the Mobile Health Dispensary services.
- Provide primary healthcare consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
- Prescribe and dispense medicines as per medical guidelines.
- Supervise and support MHD staff and ensure quality service delivery.
- Identify serious cases and facilitate referrals to higher healthcare facilities.
- Organize health awareness sessions, medical camps, and health melas.
- Coordinate with communities and stakeholders to improve healthcare access.
- Monitor service quality and suggest improvements for effective healthcare delivery.
- Perform other duties related to the Mobile Health Dispensary as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor implementation of projects across the assigned region.
- Coordinate with CSR partners, government departments, and key stakeholders.
- Supervise field teams and ensure timely achievement of project targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, monitoring, and provide technical support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and statutory norms.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS, reports, and field records.
- Support proposal development, donor engagement, and partnership building.
- Assist in recruitment, team management, and capacity building of staff.
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and support financial reporting.
- Identify risks, resolve field-level challenges, and ensure quality program delivery.
- Represent the organization in meetings, reviews, and external forums.
- Submit regular progress reports to the Executive Director and management team.
