Content and Digital Marketing Officer

1. JOB PURPOSE
To develop engaging content and campaigns, optimize outreach, raise funds through online channels, and meet MSF South Asia's fundraising and communications goals.

Support Strategic Content Development
|
- Develops a complete understanding of MSF India’s overall fundraising, communication and recruitment strategies
- Develops content to increase the community of supporters, including acquiring new donors and engaging current supporters.
- Supports the development of the annual plan for Fundraising communications
- Supports the development of integrated campaigns for Fundraising

|
Digital Marketing
|
- Implement MSF India’s digital communications strategy to increase leads from the channels.
- Manage paid search campaigns on multiple online platforms, to drive traffic and maximize the number of leads Develops web advertising campaigns including paid search, SEO and PPC to drive traffic on donation pages, from initial brief through copy and design development to final delivery, monitoring and optimization
- Manage e-mail/ WhatsApp campaigns and donor journey. This includes scheduling of activity, targeting, coordinating on content and selection of imagery and multimedia, layout and design
- Undertaking any other reasonable task that the Digital Manager sees fit for the smooth running of the team.

Content Development
|
- Develop, write, and publish high-quality, engaging content for different digital channels and mediums tailored to FR target audiences and aligned with brand messaging and Fundraising goals.
- Implement SEM best practices in to improve visibility, rankings, and engagement.
- Create engaging ads for various social media platforms, monitor trends,
, and build community engagement and pipeline of donors.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies. Regularly update and refresh content based on performance data to drive higher engagement and conversions.

Social Media for fundraising
|
- Daily monitoring of social media for digital marketing activities
- Contribute to the development of the MSF India social media strategy in collaboration with the other members of the Digital cell.
- Adapting content received from the global MSF movement and making it suitable for our target audienceDevelopment of relationships with social media “influencers”.
- Coordinating with agencies/AV officers to develop digital creative
- Achieve the target set for Digital fundraising by keeping in check the overall CPL and CPA Measures, analysing and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Advise on best tools and practices for metrics and analysis.
- Coordinating with fundraising to update records and produce required reports
- Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with data protection guidelines
- Ensure that all communications are consistent with the MSF India profile and brand and that MSF India’s name and logo rights are protected at all times

Campaigns
|
- Support the planning, briefing, and execution of targeted communications campaigns aligned with MSF South Asia’s strategic objectives and social mission.
- Assist in coordinating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign content is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with campaign briefs.
- Support the design and delivery of integrated digital campaigns in close coordination with the Campaigns Manager

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
|
- Graduate
- A course / certificate on Digital Marketing will be a plus.
- Skilled in using CRM, CSM, Analytics, SEO, and Marketing Automation tools
- Skilled in content creation, graphic design, and emerging AI and video tools
- Skilled in performance marketing

Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
|
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Digital marketing, Content creation and social media
- Highly experienced with content creation tools for social media
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Demonstrable experience developing and implementing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing online Ad campaigns and Facebook ads
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- Contract duration is one year with a possibility of contract period extension.

- Compensation per month range INR 84,3,89/- to INR 1,00,754/- (Salary is offered in line with our pay framework and typically starts at the entry point of the band. Salary increases are considered annually; final salary will depend on the scaling of the CV as per MSF criteria).
- 13th Month bonus additional.
- Medical: MSF provides medical reimbursement for employees and their dependents as per MSF health care policy.
- All benefits are subject to tax deductions.
