Roles and Responsibilities
- Project-related discussions with NGOs
- Proposal drafting, concept notes in the Livelihood/Health/Education/Environment sectors
- Coordination with NGOs on ground evaluation and field visits.
- End-to-end coordination among the different teams and consultants/stakeholders for smooth transit.
- Any other work as communicated by the Head of Project Operations
- Field visits – preparation and submission of reports with client with recommendations.
- Consultant onboarding and Management and Donor Identification
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Humanities/Social Science/Education/Public Policy (Add on)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in supporting programs for NGOs/CSR or philanthropic organizations
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
Location - Okhla Phase III [On-Site] Note- Out-station travel, if required.
Annual Remuneration: INR 6 Lac per annum to INR 7.50 Lac per annum, (based on last drawn salary and relevant experience, Over and above incentive and bonus are applicable basis achievement)
