AFARM invites applications for the position of Sr. Manager – Research & Knowledge Management to strengthen organizational learning, evidence-building, documentation, and knowledge systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research studies, assessments, impact evaluations, and knowledge documentation related to AFARM’s development programs.
- Strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) systems and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and manage knowledge repositories, dashboards, databases, and documentation systems.
- Prepare reports, policy briefs, case studies, presentations, donor communication materials, and knowledge products.
- Facilitate organizational learning, knowledge-sharing workshops, and documentation of best practices and innovations.
- Coordinate with program teams, CSR partners, donors, government agencies, research institutions, and grassroots NGOs.
Qualification & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Rural Management, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Development Studies, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in NGOs, CSR foundations, research institutions, or development organizations.
- Strong skills in research, documentation, report writing, data analysis, communication, and knowledge management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MIS systems, dashboards, and digital knowledge platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Marathi/Hindi will be an added advantage.
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: Rs 9 – Rs 10 LPA (inclusive of benefits)
